Effective Date: July 10, 2025 Refund Policy: Any request or demand for a refund by the Client, on any grounds whatsoever, shall be sanctioned or approved by Util Marca & Co. only if the Client demonstrates strict and complete adherence to the terms and conditions of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) along with other stipulations mentioned in the Master Client Agreement, executed between Util Marca & Co. and the Client at the time of subscription to the services. A refund request or demand may be raised only after the completion or expiration of the mentorship/subscription period with Util Marca & Co. Such request must be submitted within one (1) month from the date of expiry of the mentorship or subscription period. Any request raised before or after this period shall not be entertained. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) refers to the documented and structured routine provided by Util Marca & Co. to the Client after execution of the agreement. The SOP consists of defined milestones (also referred to as activation points) and corresponding instructions or tasks (also referred to as action items) designed to assist the Client in achieving program objectives. The SOP is dynamic in nature and may be updated from time to time based on: • Real-time performance, • Individual client circumstances, • Market conditions, and • Program progress. As the Client advances through the program, the SOP may be modified with new suggestions, directives, milestones, or strategic inputs to align with the Client’s evolving requirements. Terms of SOP • The Client is under strict obligation to follow all directives (action items) and achieve milestones (activation points) as prescribed in the SOP, without deviation. • The Client must maintain verifiable records and proof of implementation, including but not limited to screenshots, Excel sheets, documents, scripts, recordings, and related data. • The Client must provide such proof of effective implementation and adherence to the SOP whenever requested by Util Marca & Co.. • Any deviation, non-compliance, or failure to follow the SOP shall absolve Util Marca & Co. of all liability, including but not limited to non-achievement of desired or expected results. Disclosure Util Marca & Co. does not offer or promote any “get rich quick” scheme, guaranteed income program, or assured business opportunity. We believe that education and structured guidance can help individuals make better business decisions; however, financial success is not guaranteed and depends on individual effort, execution, skill, and external factors. This policy is designed to ensure that Clients remain actively engaged with the program while maintaining transparency, accountability, and fairness in achieving business objectives under the Util Marca & Co. programs.
